Our hosting provider may also process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser details and security logs, to operate and protect the website.

A parent or legal guardian should submit information for a child or minor. Minors should not submit personal information without appropriate permission.

10. Accounts, invoices and loyalty

If you create a customer account, we process your login credentials in hashed form, account sessions, connected bookings, invoice records, loyalty activity and referral information. Invoice links shared with guests use a long random access token.

11. Integrations and notifications

Booking or enquiry details may be sent to our configured email provider and private Google Sheet for operational follow-up. If owner or staff members enable browser push notifications, the browser push endpoint and encryption keys are stored solely to deliver those notifications.

12. Data deletion and retention

You may request deletion or correction by contacting the salon. Records required for invoices, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or legitimate business record-keeping may be retained for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.
