By accessing this website or submitting an appointment or admission enquiry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Salon services

Service descriptions and prices are provided for general information. Results may vary depending on individual hair, skin, previous treatments, condition, preferences and other relevant factors.

Customers should disclose allergies, sensitivities, medical concerns, previous chemical treatments or other information relevant to a service before it begins.

3. Appointment requests

Submitting the booking form creates an appointment request; it does not automatically confirm the appointment. The appointment becomes confirmed only after the salon owner accepts it.

The salon may suggest a different date or time depending on availability. Customers should use their booking code and mobile number to check the latest status.

4. Pricing

The website may display the standard price for a selected service. The final price may vary when the required service, hair length, product usage, treatment complexity or customer request differs from the standard service.

Any material price difference should be communicated before the service begins.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

If you cannot attend, please contact the salon as early as possible. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may affect acceptance of future booking requests.

Akriti Salon & Academy may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of staff availability, emergencies or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Academy enquiries

Submitting an academy enquiry does not complete admission or reserve a place. Course availability, syllabus, duration, schedule, fees and admission requirements must be confirmed directly with the academy.

7. Payments

The website does not currently collect online payments. Payments for salon services or academy courses are handled through methods confirmed directly by Akriti Salon & Academy.

These terms and the applicable refund policy will be updated before online payment facilities are introduced.

8. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate contact and booking information. Akriti Salon & Academy is not responsible for delays or failed communication caused by incorrect information.

9. Minors

Appointments or academy enquiries for minors should be submitted or approved by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

11. Intellectual property
